Tenant Leasing Coordinator

Staffmax is assisting our client in hiring a proactive Tenant Leasing Coordinator for an 8-month contract. This role supports property management and leasing teams by acting as a key liaison between landlords, tenants, and service providers.

Contract Length: 8 Months
Location: Vancouver, BC

Key Responsibilities:

· Coordinate lease agreements, renewals, and documentation

· Assist with tenant onboarding, communication, and relationship management

· Track lease expiries, critical dates, and upcoming renewals

· Ensure lease data is accurately entered into internal systems

· Prepare leasing reports and performance metrics

· Work with legal and property management to ensure compliance

· Respond to inquiries from tenants and prospective lessees

Requirements:

· Experience in commercial or residential leasing or property management

· Excellent organizational and documentation skills

· Strong communication and customer service abilities

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Yardi or other leasing software is an asset

· Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
