Role Designation : Hybrid

Role Description :

The Readiness and Deployment Consultant plays a key role in supporting the successful deployment of new systems, tools, or processes across the operation. This role involves planning, coordinating, and executing readiness and deployment activities to ensure leaders and their teams are prepared and that deployments occur with minimal disruption.

Accountabilities :

  • Support a team of sales and service managers to enable successful implementation of initiatives and partners in achieving performance excellence.
  • Execute Manager Effectiveness program to ensure leaders are informed, prepared, trained, and confident in managing their teams.
  • Conduct readiness assessments by evaluating capacity, stakeholder preparedness, and potential barriers to adoption.
  • Deliver change management activities and implement support tools and resources to ensure smooth adoption of initiatives.
  • Develop and execute deployment plans, timelines, and activities aligning with project goals and operational priorities.
  • Coordinate communication plans to inform leaders of changes, timelines, and expectations; oversee development and delivery of training materials to support smooth adoption.
  • Gather post-deployment feedback, assess deployment success, and recommend improvements for future projects.
  • Qualifications :

  • Strong understanding of Change Management framework and best practices for deployment and adoption.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with leaders and provide clear, impactful guidance.
  • Strong project management abilities, with experience developing and tracking project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Ability to analyze data to assess readiness and identify areas of opportunity.
  • Flexibility to adjust plans and address challenges as they arise; effective in troubleshooting issues.
  • Works well with diverse teams and encourages a cooperative problem-solving, sharing best practice and continuous improvement atmosphere.
