Position Overview : Jill Frisch & Freeze MiniMart is seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. This is a full-time or part-time position with a pay range of $21-$25 per hour, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance and paid time off.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers with their inquiries, resolve any issues or concerns, and ensure their overall satisfaction with our products and services. This role requires excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as the ability to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
