Position Overview :

We are currently looking for a knowledgeable and skilled Pump Mechanic. The Pump mechanic is primarily responsible for the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of fleet of Pumps equipment’s, including concrete trucks, pick-up trucks, and off-road equipment.

Essential Functions :

  • Work closely with the Lead Hands and apprentices
  • Mentor or Teach Apprentices
  • Follow safety regulations and PPE protocols
  • Perform CVIP inspections
  • Performing routine maintenance
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot engine, HVAC, Hydraulic, Air, drivetrain, steering, transmission, emission, and electrical components
  • Perform running repairs
  • Perform service calls
  • Communicate effectively with other technicians
  • Participate in company safety policy

    • Qualification :

  • Previous Experience working on Pumps (Schwing & Putzmeister)
  • Valid drivers license and clean drivers abstract.
  • Journeyman Heavy Duty Mechanic strongly preferred, a non-ticketed Pump Mechanic with the relevant experience may be considered at a lower rate.

    • Hours of work :

    Monday to Friday (Alternate Weekly) 7AM – 330PM (Morning Shift) / 2PM – 1030PM (Afternoon shift) Also to work at least 1 Saturday a month
