We are looking for a creative and dynamic eLearning Development Specialist to support the design and development of our online and instructor-led learning courses. Your role will center around collaborating with key stakeholders to design engaging courses that effectively enhance learners' skills and knowledge. A successful candidate should possess strong graphic and video design skills to create innovative, engaging, multimedia-rich digital learning experiences based on instructional design storyboards.

Responsibilities :

  • Design effective online course content using established instructional design principles.
  • Develop interactive eLearning products using software such as Articulate Storyline and RISE.
  • Create animations and motion graphic elements for various eLearning projects.
  • Collaborate with learning partners, subject matter experts (SMEs), and project managers to support instructional goals.
  • Leverage multimedia technology and authoring tools for creating engaging learning activities.
  • Develop assessments designed to measure learner effectiveness against course objectives.
  • Ensure all developed courses comply with industry standards like SCORM.
  • Perform quality assurance audits on developed modules, identifying potential technical issues before launch.
  • Utilize feedback from learners or SMEs to update and improve existing courses.

Requirements :

  • A minimum of 5 years in a similar role within Learning & Development with high proficiency in using Articulate Storyline
  • Demonstrated proficiency across various tools such as Camtasia, Adobe Suite (Illustrator, After Effects, etc.), Video animation development / editing, Powtoon, and Evolve.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with a well-developed aesthetic sense when it comes to designing compelling visuals.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects under strict timelines while successfully managing shifting priorities is critical for this role.
  • Excellent understanding of Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Robust problem skills, particularly capable debugging abilities, ensuring smooth delivery of our content.
  • Strong verbal and written command of the English language
