Position Description :

CGI is looking for a SAP Enable Now Training Developer to join its team. SAP Enable Now is a cloud-based platform that allows you to create, manage, and deliver interactive training content for various SAP applications and processes.

Responsibilities :

• Design and develop training materials using SAP Enable Now system in a large SAP transformation;
• Responsible for creating learning objectives and training outcomes by leveraging test scripts and change impact assessment;
• Design, and develop training materials such as system simulations, job aids and e-learning modules, and updating and maintaining the training content as needed;
• Collaborate with Change Management team, Learning & Developing Specialist, Subject matter experts, process leads and other stakeholders to ensure that the training solutions meet the business requirements and learning goals; Able to record end-to-end simulations in SAP Enable now, ideally working within an SAP project;

Provide insights on future capabilities requirements based on scope of SAP program.
