THE ROLE

As the Concierge Manager, you will lead the team to :

• Optimize the performance in each channel
• Sell clothes, deliver world‑class service, and build loyal client relationships
• Ensure the world‑class delivery of sales, solution, and service expertise
• Resolve client escalations to protect Aritzia’s brand and elevate our commitment
