Job Summary

As a Mortgage Agent, you'll receive leads from our site, using a modern loan origination platform that minimizes document management. In this role, you'll focus on the business and works as part of a high-functioning team.

To be successful in this role, you'll need to be knowledgeable, resourceful and a self-motivated individual with a strong financial aptitude and organizational ability. Our Mortgage Agents work with a new model that frees them from processing loans, promotes extreme efficiency and allows agents to do what they do best!

This role may be performed out of Vancouver as a Hybrid role or as a remote position. You'll have an opportunity to share your preferred working location with your recruiter.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients about current and future needs to help them achieve their financial goals
• Own and build your business with the support of our team
• Maintain relationships with targeted lenders
• Primarily be focused on originating a mortgage, completing an application and ensuring a client qualifies for a program from a specific lender
• Participate in comprehensive initial and ongoing trainings
