Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated PSW Instructor for the NACC-DE-2022 program to teach during weekends and weekday evenings. This is a full-time, on-site role located in North York, ON. The instructor’s responsibilities include delivering PSW curriculum, assessing student performance, conducting lesson planning, and ensuring a supportive learning environment. The role also involves mentoring students and fostering professional growth within the healthcare industry.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Personal Support Worker (PSW) education, including curriculum delivery and lesson planning.
• Strong communication, mentoring, and leadership skills to guide students effectively.
• Experience in healthcare or vocational training programs with sound knowledge of industry standards and practices.
• A commitment to fostering an inclusive and positive learning environment and supporting student success.
• Certification or relevant qualifications in PSW instruction or a related field is required; teaching certification would be an asset.
