Maple Lodge Farms is Canada’s largest independently owned poultry processor. It engages in processing and supplying chicken products in Canada and internationally. It offers bacons, deli chicken meats, sliced packaged meats, fresh seasoned chicken, frozen boxed meats, and wieners. This position will focus primarily on Digital Marketing & Retail E-Commerce Projects, and will involve working with Digital Agencies, creative development & approval, competitive analysis, website reviews, in order to execute our Branded Digital campaigns on time and prepare for the launch of a New Retail store.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & ACTIVITIES
- Assist with launch of new retail store marketing plan (promotional signage, email marketing, website dev).
- Competitive Analysis (brands & retail), to make recommendations on website content & retail initiatives.
- Assist in ongoing Digital Campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn).
- Employee Events & Programs encouraging staff to engage on our social platforms.
- Work with Special Events Team, coordinate with internal Design Team on creative projects and provide assistance and support on various other marketing projects where there is an opportunity to gain knowledge on the many different activities within the Marketing Team.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING
Knowledge in poultry and meat processing is preferred.Must be enrolled in a related program in an accredited post-secondary institution.WORKING CONDITIONS
