National Development Coordinator

CCO is advancing a ten-year vision to activate multiplying leaders across Canada and around the world. The Stewardship & Development team secures resources that fuel evangelization. As National Development Coordinator, you will shape and drive CCO’s national development efforts, from major gifts to annual programs to sponsorship, to maximize impact. We are seeking a mission-minded, Christ-centered leader with a heart for evangelization.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of the strategy and vision for CCO’s National Development Program.
- Provide strategic input on solicitation and stewardship content, including cases for support, proposals, impact reports, acknowledgements, and grants.
- Collaborate with leaders across the movement to achieve CCO’s fundraising goals.
- Partner with CCO’s Programming Division to enable development in each CCO City.
- Review related materials to ensure alignment with the National Development goals.
Qualifications
Demonstrated experience in fundraising, donor relations, or development work is required (MPD experience is relevant).Experience with major gift work or donor portfolio management is an asset.Ability to communicate with conviction and clarity in mission-focused contexts is required.Strong relational skills rooted in accompaniment, collaboration, and discernment is required.Strong organizational and administrative skills; ability to manage multiple priorities is required.Experience using Raiser’s Edge or similar CRM systems is an asset.Experience in CCO’s methods and materials is an asset.Important Information
