JOB DESCRIPTION

Salary : $19.50 / Hour ,40 hours per week

Terms of Employment : Permanent, Full-Time

Job Start Date : As soon as possible

On Site – Work must be completed at the Physical Location.

Education : No Degree, certificate or diploma OR Equivalent Experience

Experience :   1 year to less than 2 years

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities : Fast-paced environment, Work under pressure, Tight deadlines, Combination of sitting, standing, walking, standing for extended periods, Bending, Crouching, kneeling, Walking, physically demanding

Work Site Environment : Hot

Tasks : Establish methods to meet work schedules; Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food; Train Staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures; Ensure food service and quality control; Address customers’ complaints or concerns; Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage; Prepare and submit reports; Supervise and check assembly of trays.

Work Setting : Food service establishment, coffee shop, fast food outlet or concession, Restaurant

• Credentials (certificates, licenses, memberships, courses, etc.) : Safe Food Handling certificate.
• Security and Safety : Basic security clearance
• Ability to Supervise : 11-15 people. Food Service counter attendants and food preparers.
