Senior Sourcing Manager Hybrid Setup - Mississauga, Burlington, Guelph Negotiable based on experience

The Senior Sourcing Manager will be responsible for the development, implementation, management, and performance of sourcing strategies. You will develop category plans and sourcing strategies containing a portfolio of key initiatives which deliver the various lines of business (Marketing, HR, Consulting etc) strategy The Sourcing manager will deliver the key sourcing initiatives, achieving best value within acceptable risk. Experience in negotiatingplex agreements to ensure best possible pricing and terms. You will lead the end-to-end procurement process, including RFP development, supplier evaluation and contract negotiation.

As the ideal candidate for this role you must have 10+ years Procurement experience in managing IT and Non-IT (Facilities, Marketing, HR, Professional Services) sourcing categories. It is key to be successful in strategic sourcing especially Category management, supporting cost management programs. This role will manage a few direct reports as well. You will also Provide input and rmendations in the planning and formulation of departmental objectives, plans, policies and procedures to ensure aplishment of business objectives and to negate risks for the overall business. You will drive strategic initiatives to enhance procurement processes and foster continuous improvement efforts.
