Job Title: Mechanical Technician

Required:

• Client generator maintenance, assembly and troubleshooting experience
• Client engine maintenance, assembly and troubleshooting experience
• Wellhead drive maintenance, assembly and troubleshooting experience
• Hydraulic stroking unit maintenance, assembly and troubleshooting experience
• Millwright, Automotive or Heavy Duty mechanic journeyman certificate required

Responsibilities:

• Perform scheduled and on-call mechanical maintenance in field and shop environments.
• Assemble, test, and commission Client engines, hydraulic skids, generators, drive heads, and stroking unit packages.
• Operate and maintain field service trucks and assigned equipment per maintenance programs.
• Supervise apprentices and ensure compliance with quality, health, and safety standards.
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with customers.
• Adhere to PCP Product Line standards and reliability-centered maintenance procedures.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance asset utilization, reduce cost of service delivery, and boost team productivity.
• Participate in failure investigations and assist with cost-saving and repair optimization projects.
