$19-$20 an hour

THE ROLE

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Sanitation Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards within our facility. This position is essential for ensuring a safe and sanitary environment for both employees and customers. If you have experience in custodial work or commercial cleaning, we look forward to connecting with you.

Multiple shift options - weekends (Sat - Sun / 6 am - 6 pm) or afternoons (Monday - Friday / 3 pm -11 pm)

RESPONSIBILITIES

Perform routine cleaning and sanitation tasks in designated areas, including restrooms, break rooms, and common areas.

Use appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure all surfaces are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected.

Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors to maintain cleanliness throughout the facility.

Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste in accordance with safety regulations.

Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly.

Adhere to all health and safety guidelines while performing sanitation duties.

Assist in maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when restocking is needed.

REQUIREMENTS :

Previous experience in custodial or commercial cleaning is preferred but not required.

Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Capable of lifting and moving cleaning equipment and supplies as needed.

Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends if necessary.
