Overview

As a Project Manager, you will be at the heart of our Market Area Project execution, ensuring timely delivery of parts and quality customer communication. You will play a crucial role in meeting customer expectations, fulfilling contract obligations, and achieving targets for safety, quality, schedule and budget.

Responsibilities

• Manage Field Service and Life Cycle Services (LCS) turnkey contracts in line with Metso’s global processes, tools, and policies.
• Oversee project execution, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to meet customer expectations and contract obligations.
• Conduct internal and external kick‑off meetings to define project goals and clarify contractual issues.
• Develop project schedules, coordinating with various Metso departments using MS Project.
• Collaborate with technical support staff to design procedures, special tooling, jigs and fixtures.
• Maintain records of installation progress and technical information for all field service events.
• Coordinate field activities with customers and their contractors.
• Manage lessons learned, identify continuous improvement opportunities and provide feedback to stakeholders.
