JOB SUMMARY :
SaskPower is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Specialist, IT Operations (Service Management) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the administration, configuration, and maintenance of SaskPower’s ServiceNow platform. This role involves managing system configurations, implementing new features, and ensuring the platform's stability and performance. The Specialist will work closely with various departments to understand their needs and provide solutions that enhance operational efficiency. The Specialist is accountable to provide subject matter expertise and administration of a specialized function. As a member of SaskPower’s management team, this position is responsible to act as a central point of contact in the management and administration of strategic and operational functions, providing expert advice and direction that aligns with departmental and corporate goals and objectives.
