The Payroll Processor ensuresaccurate and timely payroll for our staff, while maintaining compliance withAlberta’s Employment Standards Code.
Responsibilities
- Processpayroll accurately and on time using ADP.
- Reviewand reconcile staff hours with ConnecTeam and client calendars.
- Apply company benefits, differentials, allowances, and statutory deductions
- Ensure compliance with government regulations and payroll legislation
- Support employees with payroll inquiries, ROEs, and ADP access
- Collaborate with HR and ADP to resolve issues and improve processes
Must Have
Experience in payroll processing (Alberta preferred)Strong knowledge of the Employment Standards Code of AlbertaProficiency in Excel and ADP payroll systemsFamiliar to proficient use of timekeeping systems (e.g., ConnecTeam)High accuracy, confidentiality, and strong problem-solving skillsWhat's great in the job?
