Creative modeling going from concept art to in-game implementation.
Work in collaboration with the Artistic Director & the Concept Artists to understand the artistic intentions and to implement high quality models.
Work with technical artists and animators to deliver ‘animation’ ready solutions.
Think creatively, and search for relevant references from various sources, to solve daily artistic challenges.
What you must have :
Ability to derive a well-structured low poly model from the high poly model.
Strong understanding of efficient UV layout for low poly objects.
Experience with PBR.
Experience applying and tweaking shaders.
Understanding of the technical constraints in game development and ability to apply them when creating weapons & gadgets etc;
Strong work ethic, self-direction and artistic vision
Solid knowledge of digital sculpting - in ZBrush or equivalent software
Knowledge of graphic design tools (Photoshop, Marmoset, Substance Painter and Blender)
Proficient in videogame editing & development tools
Strong communication and collaboration skills with team members across multiple disciplines
Nice to have :
Strong expertise of UE5.
A sharp eye for UX design and a passion for visual communication
