Summary of Responsibilities :

Checks and cleans equipment and Plant in a safe and responsible manner according to the checklist and cleaning list.

Performs greasing of equipment according to the daily and weekly cleaning schedules and plant engineers.

Performs greasing and cleaning on PM days according to the greasing and cleaning program on PM days.

Notify Supervisor of any problems, issues or abnormalities on the shift.

Clean product bucket elevator boot section, pit sump, and surrounding areas from fines.

Empty box filled with escaped borings at the kiln feed end.

Empty box filled with iron oxide dust at the discharge of the cyclone air-lock.

Water dust boxes. Coordinate this effort with the machine operator, the FEL operator and the
