The Pipeline Coach for B2B Sales

Pod is the AI sales coach for B2B account executives. In recent years, sellers have become increasingly overwhelmed with tools and processes, yet quota attainment remains at an all-time low. Despite these tools, sellers often make avoidable mistakes and lose deals due to lack of guidance on how to push deals forward.

We harness AI to make it accessible to sellers daily, enabling better, faster, and smarter decision-making.

Your Role

We're building our foundational team and seeking a senior full-stack engineer to make a significant impact on Pod.

You will play a key role in product development, shaping the AI workspace for salespeople, and influencing our culture, engineering philosophy, roadmap, and team.

Ideally, you're entrepreneurial with extensive experience in building world-class SaaS products.

Problems You’ll Work on Solving

• Build an AI-first product in sales technology.
• Create an agentic system for salespeople utilizing diverse data sources.
• Design and implement data and training infrastructure.
• Lead AI model architecture, design, and implementation.
• Collaborate with engineers and product managers for seamless AI integration.
• Explore and incorporate new AI technologies.
• Drive AI-related product roadmap initiatives.
