As a Pelvic Health Physiotherapist at Tall Tree, you’ll play a crucial role in redefining healthcare to prioritize holistic well-being and individualized care. You will deliver high-quality assessment and treatment services to clients facing a range of challenges— from physical health concerns, to persistent pain and chronic medical conditions. Caseload will be a mix of both pelvic health and orthopedic treatment, with an emphasis on pelvic health programming. Clinical services will be available in-person from the clinic and by telehealth.
Compensation:
Physiotherapists working full-time (5 days per week) can expect to earn around $100,000–$150,000+ annually.
The fee split for this role ranges from 54% to 64%, depending on experience and qualifications.
Hours:
We are open to someone looking for part time, and have shifts available on Monday mornings, Tue afternoons, and Wednesday mornings.
As a Pelvic Health Physiotherapist, you will:
- Conduct clinical assessments, treatments, and collaborative treatment planning for a variety or patient populations including, Pelvic Health, Musculoskeletal presentations, Persistent Pain presentations, and Older Adults.
- Deliver exceptional care that is evidence-based, psychologically informed, and patient-centred. You’ll help educate individuals and their families about supportive communication strategies and acquired communication disorders.
- Work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team of Physiotherapists, Kinesiologists, Psychologists, Clinical Counselors, and more when indicated. You’ll collaborate especially closely with the pelvic health team on education and treatment programming, including attending team meetings and case consultation groups.
- Maintain clinical records in accordance with established standards and procedures, and in a manner that facilitates multidisciplinary care.
- Keep growing. You’ll stay current with the latest evidence, findings, trends, and developments to ensure clients receive the best possible care, and attend other educational opportunities available at Tall Tree.
Requirements
We're looking for:
- A Registered Physiotherapist in good standing with the College of Health and Care Professionals of British Columbia (CHCPBC). You have Level 1 and Level 2 Pelvic Health Solutions or an equivalent program.
