Responsibilities

• Responsible for the safety of yourself, your co‑workers, and the environment
• Check in truck drivers and direct them to dock doors based on scheduled appointments
• Review shipping logistics menu for any orders to be shipped and print pick‑packs
• Route and schedule all shipments from branches with Brokers / 3PL or any customer routing portals / guides
• Use Truck Management System (TMC) to build and schedule loads that are not customer pick‑up
• Review and utilize dock manager to schedule all inbound / outbound ST / OTs

Effectively communicate between plants and the RDC along with the Warehouse Manager for any inventory issues (shortages / damage)

Qualifications

Ability to problem solve and execute solutions

Hours : 8 : 45AM - 5PM (Monday-Friday)
