As a Sales Associate and product expert, you will provide support to guests within a retail sales environment. You will enjoy helping guests find the perfect home furnishings to satisfy their needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide product knowledge, features, and benefits to help guests make informed purchase decisions
• Meet or exceed sales and productivity goals
• Ensure stock availability when making a sale
• Enter sales orders accurately and process payments
• Manage open orders and delivery timelines
• Develop and maintain a prospect system (outbound calls, eCommerce chats, web, telesales, appointments, walk‑in traffic)
• Stay current on competitor pricing, programs, products, and services
• Continuously improve product knowledge and sales skills through professional development, manager coaching, and online learning

Qualifications

• High school diploma
• 2+ years sales experience in retail, commissioned sales, marketing, or related areas (preferred)
• Proven selling skills with a strong sales approach
• Ability to create, design, and coordinate attractive room settings (desirable)
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Well‑organized with the ability to follow through tasks to completion
• Experience with MS Office and ability to learn in‑house computer programs and technology
• Available to work long hours, including days, evenings, and weekends
• Must be able to lift and move products up to 30 pounds without a lifting device
