Dream is looking for an Intern Industrial Leasing (12 month)!

We are always looking for the best and brightest to join our thriving community and the Industrial Leasing team at Dream is looking to hire an Intern Industrial Leasing for 12 months starting in January 2026.

The application deadline is Sunday November 16th. Selected candidates will be invited to attend a one-day assessment centre in-person on November 19th.

What will you do

Below are a few of the primary responsibilities your internship would include more detail will be provided when we meet :

• Provide administrative support to the Leasing Team including reports lease documentation preparation of offers to lease and all other documentation as required;
• Accompany Leasing Managers on property tours.
• Update Broker contacts in contacts database;
• Order floor plans through space plan provider;
• Organize and distribute information (floor plans marketing materials) to brokers and tenants as required;
• Prepare accurate & timely internal reporting as required;
• Field calls on general leasing inquiries from industry contacts as required;
• Maintain vacancy listings on our website and update monthly availability report and / or other data management functions;
• Assist in the coordination production and distribution of all leasing marketing materials and initiatives including broker and tenant functions brochures and all other marketing materials as required;
• Code process and file all expenses related to Leasing Business Unit;
• Work with other internal departments (Property Management Construction Finance & Accounting Acquisitions etc.) as required on related issues.
