We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our growing Desjardins Agency team. You’ll play a key role in delivering outstanding customer experiences while supporting the growth of the business. What You’ll Be Doing

Build connections with clients through warm, value-based conversations

Respond to inquiries related to insurance availability, eligibility, policy changes, claim submissions, and billing

Schedule appointments and identify customer needs to recommend the right insurance solutions

Work collaboratively with the agent to support marketing and business goals

Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service that builds loyalty

What You Bring to the Table

Sales or customer service experience (retail, telemarketing, inside / outside sales) preferred

Proven ability to meet performance targets or sales goals

Strong communication skills — verbal, written, and active listening

Positive, proactive mindset with strong problem-solving skills

Passion for providing exceptional service and going the extra mile

Organized and able to manage multiple tasks effectively

Comfortable presenting products and services to clients

Property & Casualty license (OTL preferred) or willing to obtain

• Must be available 20 to 30 hours per week
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be eligible for the company and regulatory requirements including but not limited to : 650 and above credit score, no bankruptcies, no criminal record or charges past or pending
• Must have excellent written and oral English language skills
