As a Financial Wellness Advisor at Prime Credit Solution, you will play a pivotal role in guiding clients through their financial challenges, offering personalized financial advice, and helping them navigate debt solutions. You will be responsible for understanding their unique circumstances, educating them on options available through consumer debt proposals, and fostering a sense of empowerment and hope. This role requires strong empathy, financial acumen, and communication skills to support clients in making informed decisions that pave the way to financial wellness.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct thorough consultations with clients to assess their financial situation and understand their debt challenges.
- Educate clients on consumer debt proposals, bankruptcy, and other available options.
- Qualify leads based on company standards and protocols, ensuring clients are guided towards the best solution.
- Collaborate with trustees and financial experts to offer clients seamless, professional service.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and progress in our CRM system.
- Provide ongoing support to clients throughout the debt resolution process, building a rapport and offering encouragement.
