This role requires strong empathy, financial acumen, and communication skills to support clients in making informed decisions that pave the way to financial wellness.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct thorough consultations with clients to assess their financial situation and understand their debt challenges.
- Educate clients on consumer debt proposals, bankruptcy, and other available options.
- Qualify leads based on company standards and protocols, ensuring clients are guided towards the best solution.
- Collaborate with trustees and financial experts to offer clients seamless, professional service.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and progress in our CRM system.
- Provide ongoing support to clients throughout the debt resolution process, building a rapport and offering encouragement.
Qualifications :
Experience : Minimum of 1 year of sales with phone experience, with a strong focus on customer service.Skills : Strong empathy, active listening, and the ability to simplify complex financial concepts for clients.Communication : Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a knack for building trust.Tech-Savvy : Proficient in CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and digital communication tools.
