Description de posteMature, Responsible Nature with a Respect for Confidentiality Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills Strong Telephone Etiquette and In-person Reception skills Professional Presentation and Conduct Computer proficiency including MS Word and Excel Ability to Multi-task and Switch Gears when Necessary Keen Eye for Detail and Strong Follow Through Outgoing and Pleasant Demeanor Experience in an Accounting Firm considered an asset (experience in Profile and Caseware considered an asset) $42,000 Annual Salary Benefits Package Professional Working Environment Stable, long-term employment 37.5 hour work week : Monday – Friday, 8 : 00am – 4 : 30pm with one hour lunch break
Reception / Admin Assistant - Accounting Office
Responsibilities :
- Managing the Front Desk including Greeting Clients and Answering Phones
- Collating information from Software to Prepare Files for the Accounting Staff
- Scheduling Appointments
- Coordinating Unscheduled ‘Walk-in’ Clients with available Accounting Staff
- General office duties as required
