Your role
Welcome clients and listen to their needs
Advise and offer appropriate solutions to meet clients’ transactional, investment, personal financing, and banking product insurance needs and handle other requests
Help clients use our banking applications and ABMs
Establish lasting business relationships with your clients and colleagues
Ensure client satisfaction and engagement
Refer clients to your expert colleagues when needed
Adhere to compliance and risk management rules

Your team
You will collaborate with colleagues who value passionate people and bold ideas. You’ll be part of a team that helps clients achieve their goals and you can always count on your colleagues to help you learn and to share their knowledge with you.
Your work schedule at the branch could vary in accordance with the availability of your team members. You may also be required to work one evening per week.
You will report to the Branch Manager and work with a team of experts specialized in investment, credit, mortgage financing and more.
Training and development
After gaining experience as a banking advisor, many options will be available to you. For example, you could advance in the same role, get promoted, or move to another region or branch, to name a few possible scenarios. We offer many career opportunities and encourage internal mobility.

Prerequisites
Hold a college diploma (DEC) or equivalent
Be a licenced mutual fund representative (MFR), if you aim to develop in a Banking Advisor role
Advisory service experience, inclusive attitude, and openness to diversity
Positive attitude and empathy for clients
Discipline, commitment to teamwork, and eagerness to learn
Interest in technology and aptitude for sharing knowledge
Ability to adapt to different situations
Languages :
Reason to require this language : you will need to serve clients who speak a language other than French regularly.
