Nature & Scope :

Reporting to the Store Manager, the Assistant Store Manager (ASM) is responsible for creating and maintaining the Roots experience for customers and employees. The ASM supports the Store Manager in all store operations, consistently modeling and acting in accordance with Roots' guiding principles and beliefs.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist the Store Manager in achieving sales targets by executing company standards, policies, and procedures while providing excellent customer service.
• Lead by example in sales and customer service.
• Support recruitment activities.
• Provide product knowledge and selling skills training to staff.
• Execute opening and closing procedures per company policies.
