Position Overview :
This role is responsible for leading the collection of digital interaction data across all of AIR MILES digital properties. Building on an existing server-side Adobe Analytics implementation, the role is responsible for providing implementation specs for new features & pages, managing the analytics components in Launch, and building a forward-looking strategy to keep Air Miles at the forefront of digital data management. This individual will be the subject matter expert on analytics tagging at Air Miles, and will report to the Senior Manager, Digital Analytics.
Responsibilities :
- In close partnership with the Senior Manager, Digital Analytics, and the analytics team, maintain and grow our analytics implementation on AMRP’s app and web properties.
- Via Adobe Launch, translate the data layer into human-readable dimensions and events for use in digital analytics and other cloud-based solutions.
- Maintain and refresh existing documentation, describing the analytics set-up and process clearly
- Develop documentation for each project as required.
- Size work and support prioritization, clearly communicating tasks, bottlenecks or impediments to the Senior Manager, Digital Analytics, and other stakeholders.
- Working with marketing, marketing technology and technology partners, clearly communicate the need for business requirements, planned delivery dates, and required support

Intermediate JavaScript capabilitiesExpert knowledge of Adobe Launch, strong knowledge of Adobe data model (XDM), Web & Mobile SDK3+years of digital analytics experience using Adobe Analytics.3+ years of experience in analytics data collection (Adobe preferred)1+ years of experience with analytics quality assuranceStrong familiarity with Digital Marketing technologiesSQL or Python for data science coding skills would be a plus, as would experience with DataBricks and AWS.
