Description de posteMaintains portfolio compliance within stated policy conditions and company underwriting philosophy Identifies, analyzes and sources new business while helping develop directed marketing strategies for new or upgraded product offerings Works across various product lines to leverage cross selling opportunities Mentors and guides junior colleagues as necessary to strengthen team competencies and techniques Attends client / broker events and industry conferences Acquires, retains, and documents market intel, trends, and statistics. 7+ yrs P&C commercial underwriting experience University degree; CIP or FCIP designation Strong presentation skills for groups of varying sizes Proficient risk management solutions provider Able to work both independently and within a team Professional approach with a keen business sense of client’s needs
