Family Wellness CSD - Program Manager Maternity Leave Coverage

CLOSING DATE : December 12, 2025

ANTICIPATED START DATE : January 19, 2026, but negotiable

Reports to : Program Director

This role will be for the duration of approximately 4 months with the possibility of extension.

Key Responsibilities :

• Supervision, support, and mentorship of FW program supervisors.
• Create positive working relationships within the FW program and across Chimo, including with the manager-director, finance, and administration teams.
• Build positive collaborative relationships with leaders from external partners, including with Child and Family Service leadership, colleague CSD agency leaders, community organizations, etc.
• Administration i.e. database, paperwork, monthly / annual reports, policy, process improvement.
• Monitoring and responding to high-level program administrative tasks, including financials, quarterly and annual reporting, contracts, etc.
• In concert with Chimos Vision Planning process, ETO reporting, and best practices in quality improvement and change models, build a culture of continuous improvement focusing on improving outcomes for children, youth, and families.

Role Competencies;

with stakeholders, including program participants, family network members, Children Service representatives, Chimo personnel, etc. Talented at engaging and including a wide network of professionals in program-level conversations.
