Who You Will Work With :

The vacantTalent Programs Coordinatorrole willreport to the Leader, WorkforceOperationsandcollaborate with HR partners to achieve organizational goals. You will work closely with the Talent Acquisition team tomanage day-to-day recruitment activities while also contributing to HR projects and administrative functions. This dynamic position requires a service-minded operations specialist driven to deliver best-in-class support.

What YouWillDo :

Campus Engagement : Maintainrelationships with universities, colleges, and student organizations to promote our internshipand entry-level opportunities.

Campus Recruitment : Manage the campus recruitment cycle forinternincluding conducting initial screening, schedulinginterviews, and negotiating offers.

Applicant tracking system (ATS)and Recruitment Assistance : Enter requisitions, post jobs, coordinate interviews and communicate with candidatesthroughout the hiringproces.

Onboarding Coordination and Support : Facilitatethe background check and onboarding process for new hires, ensuring allnecessary paperwork is completed and new employees arewelcomedeffectively.

HR Orientation : Implementeffectiveorientation program for new hires.

Employee Relations : Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries, providing support and guidance on HR policies andprocedures.

Administrative Support : Provide comprehensive administrative support to the People and Culture department, includingmaintainingemployee records, processing HR documents, and managing HR databases.

Relationship Management : Establishand maintain strong relationships with cross-functional stakeholders to support HR andrecruitment strategies.

WhatYou Bring :

Bachelor’s Degree or College Diploma, or equivalent work experience.

1+ years of experience in HR coordination or Talent Acquisition within a corporate setting; experience in the technology sectoris a plus.

Strong organizational, time management, and attention to detail skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build productive relationships.

A proactive, analytical thinker with a creative approach to problem-solving.

Self‑starter mindset with the ability to work independently, take initiative, and thrive in anambiguous andfast‑paced environment.

Proficiencyin HRIS and ATS systems, as well as reporting tools like Excel and PowerPoint.

Eligibility to work for Interac Corp. in Canada in a full-time capacity.

WhatWe’reOffering :

The hiringrangefor this position is$55,000 to $65,000, and you will also be eligible for our short-term incentive plan. The exact amount will depend on factors such as skills, experience, and job-related knowledge, butInterac’scommitment goes beyond compensation.
