Manager CPA – Reviews & Compilations, Public Accounting

Overview

Are you a CPA with knowledge of ASPE accounting standards? Have you had hands-on experience completing compilations and review engagements for privately owned businesses? Are you a public accountant looking for a job with no overtime, and no busy season? This could be for you!

Our client is a well-established, smaller CPA firm located in Vaughan, with a loyal client base of small-mid sized, owner operated businesses. We’re looking for a Senior Accountant or Manager to join the firm and take over many of these clients, completing review engagements, compilations, and a small amount of tax work.

Note – our client is actively looking for a Manager who can set themselves up to take over the entire firm in the mid-term!

What will you do?

• Private client compilations and review engagements
• Planning and preparing of year end files
• Small amount of tax work
• Attend industry conferences to stay apprised of updates and changes

What do you need to succeed?

• Canadian CPA
• ASPE experience serving private enterprises
• CaseWare experience
• Excellent communication skills to manage clients
• Public accounting experience
• Big 4 / Big 10 experience (nice to have)
