Globe Life AO National is looking for a  Regional Manager  to oversee performance and operations. In this role, you will be responsible for people management, performance, profitability, and executing key sales that support our mission and values. Key Responsibilities The Regional Manager’s success is measured in the following areas : Sales Performance Employee Experience  Customer Experience  Sales Performance Attend daily results meetings with mentors to stay aligned with goals. Develop and implement effective sales plans to achieve company objectives and drive business growth. Provide creative solutions to meet the needs of the client. working closely with clients to assess their insurance needs, ensuring their qualifications and promoting sound business solutions. Team Support Support teams by removing obstacles to their performance. Ensure policies and procedures are consistently followed. Build strong relationships with team to foster a supportive environment. Ensure a superior customer experience by managing client complaint escalations and ensuring timely resolution and follow-up. Coach, train and mentor your team Human Resources (H. R.) Cultivate a positive and strong employee experience and culture. Manage recruitment procedures. Oversee performance management. Qualifications Strong leadership and people management skills. Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities. Expertise sales strategies and operational efficiency. Experience in handling H. R.-related functions, including recruitment and performance management. A commitment to delivering superior customer and employee experiences.
