The incumbent is responsible for the daily operation of various infrastructure services and systems to ensure stability, accessibility, performance and security. The main skills sought concern Microsoft products such as Windows Server 2008 and above, Microsoft Azure, Exchange 365, Active Directory as well as VMWare and WVD virtualization technologies. A good understanding of storage in conjunction with tools such as Veeam to complete the backup lifecycle.

He must ensure the production of all new solutions or the evolution of current solutions in line with business needs, operational requirements and change requests. He will be called upon to produce various types of documents (installation, operation and support guides) for the technologies for which he is responsible.

Responsibility : Being responsible for the daily operation of infrastructure services and systems in order to ensure their stability, accessibility, performance and security.

Tasks :

  • Support for all incidents and requests sent by the Help Center team. Processing of these in connection with our SLOs
  • Follow-up on tickets (requests and incidents) closely with our users throughout the duration the ticket is open; A return for any incident that is not major or a service request must be made in accordance with our processing standards and the updated ticket
  • Collaborate and participate in the management of escalations for our incidents and service requests in close collaboration with the management team;
  • Provide 3rd level technical assistance to IT technical support staff as well as the necessary assistance in resolving complex problems.

  • Monitors and ensures tactical management at the operational and infrastructure services level (backup, recovery, archiving, replication, network, servers, virtualization, storage, security patches, etc.)
  • Ensure the evolution of platforms such as new versions, security patches or service packs
  • Ensure proactive management of services and systems through the use of maintenance and monitoring and automation tools
  • Manages the identity and access service for our IT accounts. Whatever the service accounts as well as the different accesses according to customer needs; and our IT standards
  • Document, analyze and continuously improve procedures, problems and their solutions. Write our end-to-end technical procedures to help our customers and support teams get their work done
  • Participate in the process of arrival, transfer, promotion and departure of employees, as well as MACDs for our field footprint (CDS and Warehouses) in connection with HR and Real Estate governance.
  • Management of IT hardware assets, for our Infrastructure in the server rooms, and the Data Center, the network team at CNS. In addition, manage virtual assets through ITAM services.

Tasks :

  • Help set up work processes and procedures to improve our services on the baseline and production
  • Carry out production releases for project needs, developments and change requests (installation, configuration, customization) and ensure post-implementation monitoring.
  • Responsibility : Azure Expertise - Configure and manage Azure resources, including virtual machines, virtual networks, application services, storage, backups and patch management

    Tasks :

  • Manage Azure subscriptions, providing guidance on cost management
  • Manage Azure resource groups and access control
  • Design and manage disaster recovery models in our Azure environment
  • Monitor Azure resources using recommended methods and tools
  • Responsibility : Delivery of initiatives and projects assigned to him

    Tasks :

  • Work closely with the Project and Developer teams on our projects
  • Help formulate the plan for change management and ensure its execution
  • Take charge and deliver special initiatives as Senior Administrator
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation and provide regular status regarding the progress of its deliverables to the project manager or his manager.
  • Design and evaluation of infrastructure components for internal business services and customer applications and systems.
  • Responsibility : Produce documents for the technologies for which he is responsible and share with the team

    Tasks :

  • Produce installation, operation and support guides for the technologies for which he is responsible;
  • Document, through the ticketing system, possible solutions or resolutions during 3rd level technical assistance to IT technical support staff;
  • Document the resolution of complex problems.
  • Promote uniform expertise within the team, through cross-training of other group members
