Principales responsabilidades : Reclutar activamente el talento a través de una variedad de bases que incluyen bolsas de trabajo, LinkedIn, grupos de talentos y redes activas Gestionar integralmente a los candidatos a través del proceso de reclutamiento, incluyendo la preselección de CV, la realización de entrevistas siendo responsable de la experiencia del candidato y la línea en el proceso punta a punta de reclutamiento & selección. Gestionar candidatos a través de nuestros sistema ATS – Success Factors Dar soporte en la gestión y ejecución del plan de entrenamiento anual y su posterior registración en el sistema LMS de Success Factors Trabajar a través de la estructura matricial para apoyar al equipo de Talento en la ejecución y planificación iniciativas y proyectos.
