About The Role

We are a wind energy field services company seeking a detail-oriented Site Administrator to support on-site operations and project teams. This role is responsible for payroll coordination, purchase order tracking, documentation management, and administrative support to ensure efficient project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and verify employee timesheets; coordinate weekly hour approvals for payroll processing
• Track purchase orders (POs), expenses, and maintain accurate administrative logs
• Organize, review, and submit project documentation, including reports and permits
• Provide administrative support to the Site Manager, including scheduling and reporting
• Assist with general site coordination and day-to-day operational support.
