Job Overview :
The Vice President, Strata, is responsible for building and managing a high-performance team that profitably delivers outstanding client service and continually enhances the Company’s position as an industry leader. As a member of the executive leadership team, responsible for creating and supporting strategic business development of the BC marketplace.
This role requires someone who has significant experience in the service sector. Must be willing to obtain a Strata Property Management license (within the first year), and eventually, a Managing Broker license, issued by the BC Financial Services Authority (BCFSA).

Compensation :
Base compensation of $150K-$170K commensurate with experience and skillset, plus monthly vehicle and phone allowance. Eligibility for annual incentive plan (bonus) based on achievement of financial results.
