Overview :
Our client needs two strong BSA's to join their team. IT BSA currently has a shortage of Business Systems Analyst resources. To achieve corporate objectives, the org needs BSA contracting services to support new and existing software. The BSA’s objective is to complete assigned tasks as directed by the Online Application Solutions team manager.
What you will be doing :
- Developing detailed user stories and business requirements documentation.
- Educate business stakeholders and clients regarding system changes and introduction of new features.
- Liaise with stakeholders to ensure clear understanding of their system and business needs.
- Troubleshooting production issues
