Opened in Spring 2023, Capital City is growing our team of over 100 veterinary professionals to provide outstanding patient care and client service. Capital City is currently looking for an experienced, professional, and collaborative client service representative to join our team. Duties and responsibilities in this role will include :

• Providing assistance to clients in person
• Invoicing clients and taking payments
• Communicating with referring veterinarians
• Communicating with various team members within the hospital
• Cleaning and organizing reception space and examination rooms
• Providing brief patient assessment
• Completing aftercare paperwork
• Managing patient files and digital documents
