We are seeking a dedicated and detail‑oriented Assistant Warehouse Manager for our on‑site facility located in Windsor, ON. This full‑time role supports daily warehouse operations, overseeing inventory and stock control processes, managing warehouse operations, supervising staff, and ensuring the safe operation of warehouse equipment. The role also collaborates with various teams to improve efficiency and maintain a high standard of safety and organization.
Qualifications
- Experience in Stock Control and Inventory Control to manage warehouse stock effectively.
- Proficiency in Inventory Management and Operations Management for maintaining workflow and efficiency.
- Certification in Forklift Operation to safely handle warehouse equipment as required.
- Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills to ensure seamless warehouse operations.
- Leadership abilities with experience supervising and coordinating warehouse teams.
- Familiarity with warehouse management software and systems is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams.
- Prior experience in a warehouse, logistics, or supply‑chain environment is preferred.
