The company is investing in modernizing its data and reporting capabilities, transitioning from legacy reporting tools to standardized dashboards and analytics that empower senior leadership to make faster, more informed decisions.
How You’ll Impact the Organization :
The Data Analyst will be a key driver of enterprise reporting and analytics across all three companies. This role bridges Oracle data systems and business leaders, turning raw data into actionable insights. A central responsibility is the migration of Crystal Reports to Power BI, ensuring dashboards and reports are consistent, accurate, and executive-ready.
You will provide critical support to senior leadership across finance, operations, sales, and production, helping them see trends, identify risks, and make confident decisions. This role will also evolve over time to support future ERP or system transitions, contributing to the organization’s broader data strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Oracle & Data Ownership
Serve as the primary Oracle reporting analyst across multiple companies
Write, maintain, and optimize SQL queries for operational, financial, and executive reporting
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all reports and dashboards
Reporting & BI Modernization
Lead migration from Crystal Reports to Power BI, establishing a standardized platform
Build and maintain dashboards for inventory, finance, sales, production, and leadership KPIs
Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders
Analysis & Stakeholder Support
Analyze trends, patterns, and anomalies to support business decisions
Partner with leadership to define metrics, KPIs, and reporting cadence
Support ad-hoc reporting and cross-company analytics initiatives
Systems & Future-State Support
Integrate data from multiple systems as needed
Support future ERP or database transitions and contribute to data standardization
Manage multiple requests with structured prioritization
Operate independently while collaborating with IT and leadership
What You Bring
4–8+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or reporting roles
Strong hands-on experience with Oracle databases and SQL querying
Advanced Power BI experience, including dashboard design and data modeling
Experience migrating or modernizing legacy reporting tools (Crystal Reports preferred)
Strong Excel skills and attention to detail
Ability to communicate complex data clearly to executives and non-technical stakeholders
Comfort managing competing priorities in a fast-paced, business-facing role
Nice to Have
Experience with Oracle ERP environments
Exposure to inventory, manufacturing, or production reporting
Familiarity with Crystal Reports (for migration purposes)
Experience working with Salesforce or other CRM data
Experience with Oracle APEX
Understanding of data governance or standardized KPI frameworks
