Boat Care Specialist

Maple Leaf Marinas ( “MLM” ) is the largest owner and operator of marinas, marine resorts, and boat dealerships in Canada. MLM’s fast-growing portfolio is comprised of 20 locations throughout the Lake Simcoe, Owen Sound, Georgian Bay, and Muskoka Regions.

We are currently seeking a dedicated Boat Cleaner / Detailer to join our team at Wye Heritage Marine Resort . This is a full-time, seasonal position with an immediate start , ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in their work, and has a strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and detail the interior and exterior of various types of boats.
• Perform regular exterior washes.
• Remove stains, mold, and mildew using appropriate products.
• Clean decks, upholstery, windows, and compartments.
• Use proper cleaning tools, supplies, and safety equipment.
• Assist with removing shrink wrap from boats.
• Support our technicians by ensuring boats are spotless after service.
