Typical Nanny Duties and Key Responsibilities that parents ask our Nannies for -

Provide attentive and loving care to children

Engage in age-appropriate activities to promote their development

Prepare nutritious meals and snacks

Maintain a safe, tidy, and clean environment

Assist with daily routines

Help children establish good manners and good habits : please and thank you, clean up after self, respectful play skills, etc.

You could be the perfect Nanny for our positions if you are :

Experienced Nanny

Confident Driver (for some roles)

CPR and First Aid Certified

VSS - Vulnerable sector check (police clearance) within the last 11 months.

Passionate about your profession

Experience in early childcare or early childhood education

Up to date with routine Vaccinations such as Flu and Tdap

Non-smoker / Non- vaper

Please note only candidates who have legal status to work in Canada can be considered for any positions. As a nanny agency, our services are available at no cost to you.

All of our families will be paying you as an employee via payroll (no cash payments) so that you are paid on time and that all the necessary deductions are made on your behalf and then providing you with a paystub. When it comes to tax time your family will then also be able to provide you with a T4. Having all of these documents means that you are in a good position to apply for loan or a mortgage etc.
