Job Description
We are seeking a dependable and experienced Property Accounting Manager for our client in the real estate sector. The successful candidate will oversee full-cycle accounting functions across a mixed portfolio, including financial reporting, team supervision, budgeting support, and lease-related accounting. This role requires strong knowledge of property accounting, CAM reconciliations, and hands-on experience with Yardi.This is a permanent, full-time role based 5 days onsite. Candidates MUST HAVE proven experience with Yardi and a solid background in property or real estate accounting, including CAM reconciliation and team leadership.
