Autostrada Hospitality - which includes our three Austotrada locations as well as Capo & the Spritz - is in the 'people business'.

We're excited to invite you to apply to join our Leadership Team. We are looking for an Assistant General Manager. You will strategically lead the team in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests as you direct the day-to-day operations alongside our General Managers.
This includes achieving excellent guest experiences, maintaining a welcoming and clean atmosphere, as well as hiring, training, and developing team members.
To be a successful Assistant General Manager with us you should be someone who can keep a level head when working under pressure, be prepared and able to think outside the box, and bring positive energy to the workspace.
The ideal candidate will be an excellent team player, willing to go the extra mile in pursuit of great food and exceptional guest experience.

- Administrative work (inventory, scheduling, invoicing, ordering)
- Collaborating with the Autostrada leadership team to ensure high-quality food and guest
experience.
