As a key contributor to the success of AMD’s product portfolio, you will be part of a high‑performance AMD team driving the delivery of high quality, industry‑leading technology to the market. THE PERSON

We are looking for a dynamic, upbeat Systems Tools Manager to join our growing Datacenter GPU validation team passionate about delivering leading‑edge technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a hardworking distributed team passionate about delivering robust technical tools solutions to validate our DCGPU products
• Own the team to architect, develop, validate, and release tools solution to internal and customer teams
• Proactively lead project planning, develop, and maintain schedules, manage dependencies, and ensure quality of work at committed landmarks
• Work directly with our internal partners and customer‑facing teams to ensure their needs are addressed by the tools supported
• Drive debug and resolution of tools related issues across silicon, system, and software teams
• Develop regular status representations of the tools team in program meetings, providing status to program and senior management
• Drive tools initiatives across organizations to deliver industry‑leading tools
• Coach and mentor staff

Preferred Experience

Academic Credentials

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical engineering or equivalent
