Each RIDE is a full-body workout designed to reboot and strengthen both your mind and body. RIDE combines an intense cardiovascular sweat, micro bike movements and full body toning reinforced by the authority of music.

We are looking for a Junior Accountant to join our finance team. Reporting to the Group Controller, the Junior Accountant will support the preparation of timely, accurate, and relevant financial information while learning and applying best practices in accounting. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who is eager to develop their technical skills within a collaborative, results-driven team.

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES

• Support month-end close procedures, including journal entries and account reconciliations
• Assist in maintaining the trial balance and ensuring accuracy of financial records
• Support the preparation of monthly financial statements under the guidance of the Controller
• Assist the AP team with treasury-related tasks, including bi-weekly payment runs and bank template updates
• Support regulatory filings to ensure compliance with deadlines (GST, BC-PST, BC-EHT, WSIB, Source Deductions, and Corporate Tax)
• Assist with payroll processing and related reconciliations
• Prepare and distribute weekly KPI reports for internal stakeholders
• Assist with year-end processes, including support for external accountants (NTR)
• Reconcile and maintain assigned balance sheet accounts
• Contribute to process improvements and support other finance projects as needed

SKILLS & ABILITIES

• 1–2 years of accounting experience (co-op or internship experience welcomed)
• Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Interest in pursuing a CPA designation is considered an asset
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Clear and confident communication skills
• Experience in a multi-entity or retail/e-commerce environment is an asset

Salary range for this role is budgeted at $55,000 - $60,000
